Our Donut Fryer Automat Series WW2-AT
Each appliance, made entirely of stainless steel, is equipped with an electrically driven hinged lid for the fat tray, a lifting, turning and depositing device with electric drive, a drip tray with removal slide that can be mounted on the left or right, a 7" touch panel and an electronic temperature controller. Store up to 12 different baking programmes with up to 3 turning processes for a fully automated baking process in your bakery. All proofing cabinet models are equipped with 10 tilting troughs and all proofing trolley models are additionally equipped with proofing trolleys
