The cake donut feeder as a separate unit
All appliances can be used as a seperate unit, as an addition to your existing in line fryer... They are equipped with one or two cake donut depositors with a 9-litre dough container. The dough depositor is guided across the fat pan in the transport cycle of the boiling baking system, and the pastry pieces are fed into the first row of the system. The size and shape of the pastries are determined by interchangeable product tappets. It is entirely up to you which pastries you feed into the system - the possibilities are endless:
